Location: Burnaby Office - Unit 1800 - 4710 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC
Reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor, the Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Management and Learning & Development Team for all WIRELESSWAVE/ WAVE SANS FIL, Tbooth wireless/ la cabine T sans-fil, and WIRELESS etc./ SANS FIL etc. locations across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Process HR paperwork from the field and relay information in correct format to Payroll.
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Trainers, Loss Prevention team, Communications Manager and Senior Business Analyst in the form of communicating memos, coordinating training sessions, booking training venues, travel and accommodations.
- Provide administrative support to Glentel Retail locations nationally by working with Programmers, Finance, Accounts Payable and other departments, troubleshoot problems within the commission program, process clawbacks, communicate/track incentives, process expense reports and process invoices for payment.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO/President, Vice President, General Manager, Regional Sales Directors and District Sales Managers in the form of communicating memos, policy implementation, compensation plan changes and producing various ad hoc reports (sales, incentive, productivity, tracking).
- Generate monthly reports for Retail commissions and Sales Manager bonuses and transmitting to Payroll and Revenue Accounting departments for payout and reconciliation.
- Order uniform supplies.
- Issue and maintain company demo lines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Communicate compensation plan changes to the field.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Post-secondary degree considered an asset
- Bilingual English/French considered an asset
- Ability to work well both independently or in a team setting
- Highly organized with good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Completion of some administrative courses considered an asset
- High school diploma
