The Opportunity!

Reporting to the Director of Operations Site Support and working alongside the Business Intelligence Manager, you will support retail operations through understanding organizational priorities and requirements. As an Operations Support Analyst you will provide support for Applied Epic’s agency management system including M&A integrations (data reviewer, data validation, employee work orders, download, structure validation), Epic reporting, management recommendations, workflow development, Epic system configurations and end user training.

What You Will Bring To Our Team -

• 4+ years’ experience in the insurance agency industry either working for an agency or providing services to agencies
• Applied Epic accounting experience
• Min 2+ years’ of experience working as an Applied Epic subject matter expert within an agency
• Experience successfully working autonomously and collaboratively with a team
• Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal & written.
• Applied Epic report building experience
• Proficient with general office applications including Excel (pivot tables, built in function use)

A day in the life -

• M&A support for data extraction, validation, and training
• Provide onboarding support and training to Operations leaders
• Source and track information on changes, new updates, systems and processes to ensure continual improvements
• Complete code changes, workload reassignment tickets and submit script requests
• Build Epic reports based on specific criteria
• Perform UAT testing, complete software and sandbox environment validation
• Build training material and process documents for retail operations
• Participate in general project work as an Epic SME
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Applied Epic
• Keep training and process documents refreshed and current
• Train Epic material as needed
