Operation Coordinator
Must have great communication skills in English
Metrotown Floors + Interiors is seeking a full-time, motivated Operations Coordinator to add to our growing team. The ideal candidate must be professional, punctual, have a positive attitude and have exceptional customer service skills.
You are self-motivated, ambitious, diligent and take pride in your work. You have good written and oral communication skills in English, are proficient in the use of computers and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience as an administrative coordinator is a definite asset. Experience in using CRM Software in construction or related industry
Some of your main duties will include:
· Answer emails in a timely manner
· Manage installer's calendar and help create work orders when necessary
· Keep track of order status, estimates, approvals, etc.
· Schedule deliveries and pick-ups
· Communicate with homeowners/building managers to coordinate access for deliveries
· Update job files with detailed notes
· Make sure all jobs stay on schedule and note schedule changes
· Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and homeowners regarding changes to job schedules, material order ETAs etc.
· Controlling and auditing Job Folder- Opportunities-Estimate-Sales Agreement
· Prioritize multiple tasks in order of urgency
· Call suppliers for stock/price checks
· Help to Enter new estimates and quotes for new jobs
· Follow up on each Project Manager and their jobs

Salary: $22 per hour
Bonus: Based on performance
