The Client Account Management team handles all Client Onboarding, Billing, Foreign Exchange Confirmations, SWIFT MT300 processing, and Monitoring for Global Treasury, Banknote and Global Bulk clients. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for Transaction Monitoring, Client Billing and various other functions as assigned.
Hours of operation range from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST daily, however, shift hours are subject to change as business needs arise to ensure sufficient coverage for support functions. The Operations Analyst will report to the Department Manager.
Responsibilities
  • Complete the billing volume capture and input within defined deadlines
  • Complete billing refunds and adjustments within defined service levels
  • Foreign Exchange Confirmation Monitoring
  • Monitor and investigate transactions on GTMS (Global Treasury Monitoring) and AOC (Approval Officer Communication) queues.
  • Work with Sales Officers to maintain client pricing
  • Maintain client database
  • Address and respond to inquiries from business partners
  • Other administrative duties, as assigned including month end reporting requirements and daily queries to support department and preparation of reports
  • SWIFT MT300 Processing
  • Required to work different shifts including statutory holidays as required, based on departmental needs
  • Prepare and distribute client invoices
  • Complete various accounting entries
  • Archive and control department records
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
  • Working knowledge of AS400, GBS and On-line support an asset
  • Knowledge of the banks Treasury products and understanding of payment processing and investigation experience an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet established deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also a team player
  • Experience in financial services preferred but not required
