Job Description

They are looking for a Client Executive to join their Telecoms team in Toronto.



Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to further the account/sell new business.
  • Experienced leading sales activities to achieve exponential account revenue growth targets.
  • Management of the account P&L.
  • Be a trusted advisor and partner to the customer executive team.
  • Developing strategies, tactics, and leading change management for the account, with the aim of achieving exponential growth.
  • Manage the C-level relationships within the customer.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and qualifying the sales of future services and large transformation projects.
  • End to end management of the account and all executive relationships within it.
  • Tracking and communicating status against defined goals and targets for client teams.
  • Structure high value/ strategic & large deals for the account; leverage the industry/ domain and technology knowledge to identify upcoming disruptions.



Experience:

  • Ability and willingness to partner internally and externally to achieve the appropriate objectives for the client.
  • Ability to generate and sustain high impact client relationships (within top tier firms) yielding a meaningful level of revenue/margin contribution.
  • Extensive experience in dealing with C level executives.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and execute strategic account plans that are built on comprehensive client understanding at both a business and key stakeholder level, maximizing share of wallet and providing high levels of predictability in sales and revenue.
  • Ability to think strategically and to assist in the organization and management of a multi-disciplinary team and the ability to cross-sell additional services to clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian Telecom industry, competitors, future trends, and offerings.
  • Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit, with outstanding team building and collaborative skills.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills with the professional staff, senior level executives, and the business community.
  • A positive, results oriented style with the ability to establish immediate credibility among peers.
  • Strong track record of selling large IT and management consulting services deals at the most senior levels in client organizations, having managed and grown a portfolio within 10MN - 20M$.
  • Experience of collaborative business practices. Global, multi-cultural experience with various offshore delivery models/strategies.
  • Managing Strategic Projects and Complex RFPs.
  • Experience with multi towered deals that include a variety of services, with a focus on Digital, Applications, Cloud, Analytics, and other new age technology services.
