Job Description

You will play a meaningful role managing an end-to-end acquisition of B2B client users accounts for a Proptech startup on track for massive growth.


This is an outbound commission only position with the potential to lead to a full time salaried and commission role.


You are a dynamic independent sales professional with a familiarity with either the residential property management or residential real estate industry. The sales territory covers Toronto & GTA and will require travel for in person meetings.


From prospecting to demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, you will communicate to enterprise clients the value of our services and how we help businesses save money and increase their customer’s satisfaction.


In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background for frequent virtual meetings.


What You'llbe Responsible for:

·Prospects, cold calls, and develops new business relationships within target accounts

·Manages all sales activities for target accounts

·Meet virtually and in person with prospects to discover needs and requirements to increase chances of winning

new business

·Maintain accurate sales activity, prospect, customer, pipeline, and forecast information

·Conduct effective demonstrations online and in person

·Meet or exceed sales for enterprise client quotas

·Foster relationships, identifying and talking to the gatekeepers

·Understanding our business, pipeline management, and sales processes using Dynamics 365 Sales Platform

Meet sales expectations by:

·Retaining current accounts at a rate of 95% or higher.

·Servicing and retaining accounts by assisting Customer Service Team in addressing ongoing client needs

pertaining to contract

·Leveraging existing relationships within current accounts to upsell

·Maintain up to date knowledge of company services and offerings

·Assisting with data collection from accounts as required

·Attending regularly scheduled meetings with the Founder and management

·Completing accurate sales contracts for orders, including pricing and payment terms in accordance with

company guidelines

·Utilizing and maintaining calling and prospecting activity reporting using the Account Management System

·Maintaining and submitting paperwork/reports, including call reports, account files, account recovery forms in

accordance with company guidelines


Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional with the following:


·Must be authorized to work in Canada

·Must live in Toronto or GTA

·Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

·G license, full use of dependable, insured vehicle. Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with

provincial law

·You are a highly persuasive sales hunter and closer, and have excellent objection handling and negotiating

abilities

·You are adaptable, coachable and agile in an ever-changing landscape

·Strong persuasive skills, specifically related to maintaining existing business

·Strong organizational and time management skills

·Strong problem-solving skills

·Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

·Ability to work independently and in a team environment


Experience:

·Experience selling at the C-level, and have superior professional presence and business acumen


·3+ years of enterprise software sales experience and B2B SaaS industry ideally in a fast-paced scale-up

environment


·You demonstrate excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills to

collaborate with multiple team members and customers.


·You have demonstrated a consistent over-performance sales track record that results in building strong, value-

add relationships with new customers in a high-volume environment


·Proven influencing and negotiation skills as related to acquiring new business


·Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
