Our client is seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Executive to join their exceptional team and contribute to the rapid growth of their thriving company. As a key member of their team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers, nurturing existing accounts, and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Your expertise in understanding business drivers, ad products, and strategic recommendations will be instrumental in driving our success. We value your ability to adapt to ambiguity, take initiative, and find solutions independently. This position is located in BC OR Toronto, Canada.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with prospects, establish contact, and recommend effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve B2B sales targets.
- Uphold organization standards to ensure top-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers to deliver outstanding customer support and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute channel marketing programs to maximize reach and impact.
- Provide exceptional support, guidance, and information to maintain client relationships, while actively researching and recommending new opportunities for profit and service improvements.
- Identify and evaluate prospects, assess their industry position, and analyze sales options to identify business opportunities.
- Generate accurate forecasts, reports, and gather market intelligence to stay ahead of trends.
- Expertly demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to customers.
- Contribute to the team's overall success by achieving related objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize information to prepare insightful reports.
Qualifications:
- Possess a post-secondary education.
- Technical background in Networking is a valuable asset.
- Proven ability to proactively cold call and acquire new business from net new accounts.
- Prior experience of 2+ years in IT B2B sales is advantageous.
- B2B experience and knowledge of the Canadian market is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- Ability to build rapport and foster collaboration both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic planning, analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
