Overview An Account Management Representative is responsible for managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. Detailed Job Description Account Management Representatives are responsible for managing customer accounts, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They are responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. They must be able to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. They must also be able to identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. Account Management Representatives must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. They must also be able to effectively manage customer accounts, including tracking customer orders, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
