This leader will own strategy development, P&L management, internal and external stakeholder relationship, communication, drive growth, new client onboarding, retention strategies, and execution of business plans.Now, if you were to come on board as our Senior Director, Account Managementwe’d ask you to do the following for us:Leadership of the accounts management team. Mentor direct and indirect reports to provide personal development opportunities for growthDevelop and present business strategies with Channel Directors for assigned area.P&L accountability including, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with US counterparts and/or other global teamsClient Relationship Management including contract negotiations, retention strategies, new business onboarding, quarterly business reviews and stakeholder management. Conduct tactical negotiations and influence change.Work cross-functionally with the Foodbuy support teams and Suppliers to ensure thorough and smooth implementation and integration of all new Foodbuy programs.Develop and monitor strategic initiatives that will drive sustainable revenue growth year over year. Identify business gaps and develop programs that meet member requirementsOptimize commercial value in the supplier/business unit relationshipContinually monitor key performing indicators including profit contribution, contract utilization, and run rates.Work in conjunction with Marketing and Communications to execute initiatives and influence.Remain current on industry trends that could lead to development of new strategic initiatives in providing sustainable growth, sales, and profitabilitySpecial projects or other duties as assigned.Think you have what it takes to be our Senior Director, Account Management?
