Job Description


We are seeking a Director, Administration & Project Management to join our Benefits Solutions team in Mississauga.


The Director, Administration & Project Management will be responsible for supporting the management of key projects, managing executive’s calendars, and acting as the first point of contact for the executive’s internal and external contacts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, and have great communication and interpersonal skills.


The Director, Administration & Project Management will:


  • Prepare meeting documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage various projects, including coordinating resources, while adhering to project specifications and deadlines
  • Manage executive’s calendar and coordinate all meetings and travel
  • Preparation of expense reports and other financial coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Monitor project progress and assess results
  • Ensure follow-up on all tasks and projects
  • Create and manage project schedules, timelines and task lists


To be successful as a Director, Administration & Project Management with People Corporation, you will need:


  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Formal Project Management Training and Accreditation would be considered an asset
  • Expert level of proficiency with standard Microsoft Office product including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or executive assistant roles
  • The ability to travel as required to various offices within the GTA as well as within Canada and potentially to the United States


All-star candidates will have:


  • Formal Project Management Training and Accreditation
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the Benefits Consulting and Administration Industry
