Manage a number of multi-year, multi-million-dollar Capital Communications projects including design, construction/installation, supply and commissioning of industrial systems equipment.

Identify resource requirements & assist in the management of the resources assigned to the projects

Assist in developing annual budgets and targets for operations and resource requirements, expense management and cost leadership

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Operations / Finance / Management; MBA is desirable

Project Management Professional certification is an asset

Establish a governance and framework for robust project management

Oversee all project execution aspects, including cost and schedule management.

Familiarity with lean/agile project management methodologies.

Minimum 5 years project accounting or project management experience for large complex projects

Experience in cash flow management for large public organizations

Knowledge of large capital projects, tracking, reporting and analyzing

Knowledge of MEDITECH financial modules

Experience in PMO/project audits required

Experience with government ministries for large scale projects

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with executives and senior management across functional teams.

10+ years' experience; previous consulting, project management, or integration experience preferred.

Lead and manage Global IMO (integration management office) group reporting directly to Chief Strategy Officer

Payments acquiring related industry knowledge and experience preferred.

Manage multiple integration projects in all stages (pre-acquisition, closing, and post-closing activities)
