Prepare and present project updates to senior management, Commission, City and other officials.

Work with TTC’s corporate PfMO and Operations PfMO to develop better corporate wide project management within the TTC.

Coordinate with other group/department project managers to identify Communication Engineering resources and coordinate scheduling of projects requiring support of communications engineering.

Manage a number of multi-year, multi-million-dollar Capital Communications projects including design, construction/installation, supply and commissioning of industrial systems equipment.

Drive the continuous improvement of product/project management and business analysis capabilities identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements supporting effective product/project delivery

Excellent analytical, time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with tight deadlines

Champion product/project management and resource capacity management across the technology team while effectively aligning resources against prioritization

Manage IT/technology department portfolio review meetings providing progress status updates to Senior Management

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent

Manage products, programs and projects as required based on resource needs

General knowledge of real estate industry, leasing and asset management is considered an asset

10+ years of experience of project management experience (construction projects) including tracking and planning multiple projects

Working knowledge/proficiency: Project Management Methodology (PMP accreditation is an asset)

This will include planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resource management, budget management, change management, and risks and issues management.

Proven experience as program director or other equivalent position with 7+ years of experience in project management

Risk, Issue, and Scope Management:

· Strong knowledge or certification with Agile project management methodologies and delivery.

· 10 years project management experience working within a formal Project Management Office framework

· Advanced skills using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets, etc.

· Strong skills in project financial management.

Project management experience in healthcare sector is an asset

Strong working knowledge of the Project Management and Software Development Life Cycles
