Manager, It Project Management Office

To provide timely, accurate treasury, financial, and statistical information, business and administrative advice, and education to a defined group of departments/programs.

This position will focus primarily within the Information Technology for Capital Projects and provides financial support and enabling of decisions for a number of multi-year IT capital projects.

Significant responsibilities include corporate capital treasury functions such as preparation, maintenance, and forecasting of cash flow requirements for large capital projects and operations of hospital.

• Professional designation (CA, CMA, MBA or CGA) is considered an asset
• Previous healthcare/hospital project experience
• Experience in PMO/project audits required
• Experience with government ministries for large scale projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Post secondary Degree or Diploma in Business
• Knowledge of MEDITECH financial modules
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and function in a changing and sometimes demanding work environment
• Experience in cash flow management for large public organizations
• Minimum 5 years project accounting or project management experience for large complex projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of large capital projects, tracking, reporting and analyzing

The HITS team uses technical expertise to offer practical, sustainable and high quality solutions to the Hospital, support HHS in achieving our vision of Best Care for All.
