Project Management Coordinator Jobs

Responsibilities

• Follow the company manuals and procedures for executing any project or activity.

• Scheduling full project after the full detailed meeting with team as we have in our steps.

• Schedule and co ordinate with trades and material suppliers for the projects.

• Schedule the project with appropriate trade people and follow up with them to make sure about the deadlines.

• Project Manager will be responsible for the completion of the project and meet deadlines for the project or to discuss any issues timely with team.

• Project Manager will will et full spec sheet from our Designer Team on the selections and materials for the project.

• When client make Changes in the basement schedule we will email them about cancellation of the finishing date.

• Project Manager will closely coordinate with the site supervisor for every individual project step(photos videos or visit) to make sure the site is ready for next trade.

• Check with the vendors about the availability of the material for the trade person on time

• All the expenses of the supplier and trade for the respective project will be documented on daily basis.

• All the payments must be received from clients as per the payment plan of the projects.

• Follow ups and instructions to be managed for the projects.

• Weekly trade expense list must be generated by the Project Manager for their respective projects.

• Efficiently co ordinate with office team to schedule field team.

• Place order for the materials for their respective job.

Qualifications

Customer Service experience.

Excellent verbal and speaking skills.

Languages fluency mandaotory - English and Punjabi.

College Diploma in any field in Canada or any other country.

Construction Industry information will be an advantage.

Experience in team work.

Construction management study background will be an advantage.
