Responsibilities:

• Enjoy working with end users and providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
• Onboard new Qualys Vulnerability Scanning customers
• Enter time and update personal task lists as required
• Physical racking of servers and UPS
• Perform on-site onboarding and orientation for new clients
• Work effectively both remotely and on client sites
• Update and maintain client documentation as needed
• Perform server room beautification
• Assist with Office365 Email Migrations, OneDrive/SharePoint migrations, Teams and Teams Voice, Intune deployments, incident management, and post-deployment support
• Participate in evening and weekend work as needed
• Execute network refreshes, ensuring that all hardware and software components are up-to-date and functioning optimally
• Installation and configuration of UPS
• Represent MBC in a professional manner, maintaining a presentable appearance
• Participate in office moves, new office setups, and printer deployment
• Deploy EDR to workstations and servers
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and participate in service desk handoffs
• Deploy MFA and Defender for Office365

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
• Experience in a similar role or related field
• Must enjoy working both remotely and on client sites
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Intune Device Management
• Familiarity with internet service and VoIP installations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAvailability for evening and weekend work as required
• Experience with the networking and Office365 (Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive) is considered an asset
• A personable and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills

Education

• Experience in managed services (MSP) or value-added reseller (VAR) environment is a must have to apply
• Applicants with an ITIL Foundations Certificate will be given preference.
• Diploma/Degree, with a technical major, from a recognized College or University is helpful.
• Applicants with industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA etc) will be give preference.
• Applicants with experience in similar roles will be given preference.
