Full Time
Reporting to the Coordinator of the Facilities Planning team, you will oversee a multitude of independent and interrelated projects having a range of construction values. Projects will be largely renovations of a variety of sizes.
Essential Qualifications

• Experience in AutoCAD, design development, functional programming and data collection are assets in the assurance that projects are developed in accordance with the mandated scope
• Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
• Minimum of 5 years experience successfully developing and managing complex building projects
• Experience in operating and maintaining project tracking systems, cost programs, databases, and are conversant in a variety of general office software program applications
• Ability and commitment to act as a supervisor under OHSA
• Post secondary school education with a diploma or degree in a related field
• Problem solving abilities along with your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required to coordinate project details and implementation with the team, St. Joseph's staff, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within the available resources

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in French would be an asset
• Familiarity with the health care setting is an asset

• St. Joseph's Health Care London through its affiliation with Western University and Fanshawe College is a leading research and teaching hospital. As an employee of St. Joseph's you will be expected to engage in role related teaching and research activities in addition to any of your clinical duties

Immunization Requirements

• Provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing
• Provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (chicken pox)
• Provide documentation you have received two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and a written commitment to follow any future Public Health recommendations and St. Joseph's Health Care London policies and processes related to Covid management in the workplace.
