:

Coordinates day-to-day issues of broad scope and complexity with facility leases and maintains contracts pertaining to leased locations. Liaises with landlords and property managers on space planning requirements in collaboration with business units. Provides input on and conducts market research and inspections for potential new spaces.

Accountabilities:

• Conducts site surveys and presents recommendations for potential new office locations.
• Leads the analysis and preparation of budgets for site improvements, construction of new site locations, and other real estate initiatives.
• Leads the planning and execution of office space initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaises between internal business partners (e.g., IT, Brand Sales, etc.) and external service providers (e.g., general contractors, landlords, property management) to identify and recommend service enhancements.
• Reviews and prepares input for the annual budget planning process for leased locations.
• Leads the negotiation of service contract price, terms, and conditions.
• Proactively assess, recommends, and implements improvements to facilities processes.
• Coordinates day-to-day issues of broad scope and complexity with facility leases and maintains contracts pertaining to leased locations.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex topics in a concise manner to audiences at various levels and sizes.
• Experience reading floor plans and reviewing cabling/electrical requirements.
• General ergonomics best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Organization and time management skills with attention to detail in a busy environment.
• 5+ years of related administrative experience.

Bonus Qualifications:

• General knowledge of commercial real estate is an asset.
• Strong influencing skills to lead teams and build internal/external partnerships is a strong asset.
