Overview A Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management of a facility, including its physical operations, maintenance, and safety. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all safety regulations are being followed. They must also ensure that the facility is properly maintained and that all necessary repairs and upgrades are completed in a timely manner. Detailed Job Description A Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a facility. This includes managing the physical operations, maintenance, and safety of the facility. They must ensure that all safety regulations are being followed, and that the facility is properly maintained. They must also ensure that all necessary repairs and upgrades are completed in a timely manner. They must also be able to manage a team of staff and contractors, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certification preferred
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to manage a team of staff and contractors
