Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, meeting or exceeding sales goals, conducting sales training for new team members, and managing the sales team.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Experience in sales training and management
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills


Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include knowledge of cars and the automotive industry, fluency in multiple languages, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
