MAL Truck Safety Services is growing Business in Trucking Industries and is looking for a high-energy, trustworthy Sales Consultant to join our team in our Mississauga office on a full-time basis.

What you will primarily do:

• Monitor actions and outcomes, work with others on opportunities, and carry out plans
• Carry out additional tasks as needed
• In order to achieve profitable sales growth within the designated territory, responsible for strategic account planning, new business development, account portfolio growth, and client account retention.
• Using consultative selling techniques, articulate and illustrate the value proposition of MAL Truck Safety Services to attract and onboard new clients.
• The potential requirement for working outside of normal hours while still allowing for a certain level of individual autonomy to assist and effectively satisfy customer needs.
• Identify potential new clients, assess their company requirements, and examine industry trends to create client-centered service solutions.

Job Requirements

·Safety and Compliance experience relative to Transportation Industry

• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Bilingual skills considered an asset
• Strong Follow-up skills
• Time Management and ability to prioritize work
• Comfortable with new software and interfaces
• Available to work some weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
