Facilitate, coordinate and implement on-site emergency management, including the fire safety and emergency response plans for all TPA facilities

Oversee workplace violence risk assessments at all TPA facilities in collaboration with management.

Create management reports and senior management presentations with KPIs and benchmarking goals for Manager and Director.

Certified in WSIB Claims Management, Risk Management, or Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CSRP), an asset.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a unionized environment.

Continuous improvement items in Evap/ GMV cells and on HVAC assembly lines (ie rack modifications, pallet trials, cycle time/microstop observations),

Construction Safety Officer Certification or equivalent

Lead the implementation of Process Safety Management Systems

Significant experience and demonstrated capabilities with:

SCE management systems and the identification and Operationalization of the integrity assurance activities for Safety Critical Equipment

Leading the implementation of Process Safety Management systems

Effectively communicate the results from Process Hazard Analysis to the responsible managers as well as the Front Line organizations

Support business unit with root cause training and use of enterprise incident management software

Support business unit Risk Management Plans and provide technical support for preventative / mitigative controls

Proven experience with and understanding of risk scenario development techniques, including assignment of probabilities and consequences

Depending on qualifications, the successful candidate may be offered a position at a more appropriate level and/or ladder.

6 years of Pipelines, oil & gas or petrochemical experience

Proven experience leading safety related investigation using a variety of Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g., TapRoot, 5-Why, etc.)

2+ years in Process Safety Management preferred

Collaborate with multiple interfaces in coordinating and supporting Management of Change (MOC) activities at the facility, including Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)

4 - 8 years of relevant work experience

Experience with Risk Assessment techniques such a HAZOPs and LOPA mandatory

Knowledge in Quantitative Risk Assessments, Bowtie analysis and SIL verification considered an asset

Proven experience with Incident investigation tools such as RCA, TapRoot ® - nice to have

Work with the Manager, Process Safety Management to develop corporate procedures and practices for establishing guidance for safe operation.

6-10 years of experience in new process design/commissioning and support of plant operations & projects

Facilitate risk assessment studies (e.g. PHA, LOPA's etc.) for proper hazard identification and associated risk reduction and/or mitigation.

Participate as a team member on auditing of the ERCO sites to ensure PSM program compliance.

Represent ERCO on external committees and at conferences.

Bachelor of Chemical Engineering is required

Knowledge of Process Safety Management and relevant codes and standards (CSA, CCPS, API, ASME etc.)

Assist with Process Safety and HSE/Risk Management consulting projects.

Engineering degree or technologist with experience in engineering or operations.

Excellent skills in facilitating group meetings.

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Demonstrated leadership skills and excellent communication abilities in technical English with peers and members of management.

Develop and promote on/off-job safety educational programs to address safety concerns.

Review plant designs to ensure compliance with safety requirements and provide technical advice to resolve non-compliant designs and construction waiver requests.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field from a recognized and accredited program/institution. A higher qualification (MS) is desirable.

Knowledge of international codes and standards, engineering practices and principles, as well as industry fire codes and safety standards.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for safety, loss prevention, environment, occupational health, compliance, and operational excellence.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of construction safety, current Federal and OSHA requirements

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA/MSHA, NCCER, SIMS, orientation, and client specific requirements

2 to 5 years of experience

Certification as a Safety Professional or Emergency Medical Technician is preferred

Lead the development and co-creation of local Canadian Risk Management Plans through the drug lifecycle based on the approved core document

5 years’ Patient Safety (Drug Safety/Surveillance/Pharmacovigilance)/Regulatory Affairs experience & knowledge of medical terminology

Post-secondary education is required - college diploma and/or university degree in a health-related area of study preferred

Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice, Good Pharmacovigilance Practice, International Conference on Harmonization guidelines and Canadian regulatory requirements

Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail is required

Oversee the AZ PV system, being in a position to assure the following components:

Manage the closure of risk actions/recommendations generated from PHA.

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with the majority spent working in refining, petrochemicals or oil & gas industries.

Strong written and oral communication (English) skills.

Firewater design experience is an asset.

HAZOP, HAZID and SIL rating studies experience is preferred.

Hands on experience with PHAST or similar software is preferred.

Have excellent communication skills in English with peers as well as members of management.

Provide company-wide technical guidance and assistance during design-related surveys of This Company facilities for adequacy of design, operations, and maintenance.

Initiate and participate in studies to resolve specific problems outside currently available technology.

Develop training programs in the field of process safety and fire prevention engineering, and provide training assistance as required.

Use risk analysis techniques to identify corporate risk exposure and develop cost-effective solutions.

This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Providing process safety and technical expertise in the application of barrier management to prevent unplanned and uncontrolled releases.

Minimum of 8+ years of operational experience with demonstrated process safety, hazard identification and risk assessment skills.
