Using consultative selling techniques, articulate and illustrate the value proposition of MAL Truck Safety Services to attract and onboard new clients.

Monitor actions and outcomes, work with others on opportunities, and carry out plans

Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Safety Management Systems is an asset.

Facilitate, coordinate and implement on-site emergency management, including the fire safety and emergency response plans for all TPA facilities

Oversee workplace violence risk assessments at all TPA facilities in collaboration with management.

Create management reports and senior management presentations with KPIs and benchmarking goals for Manager and Director.

Certified in WSIB Claims Management, Risk Management, or Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CSRP), an asset.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in a unionized environment.

4-10 years of experience in a similar role

Ensuring all safety, health and environmental procedures and work instructions are followed

Conducting workplace inspections with CMT, focusing on behavioural observations

Reviewing field level risk assessments (FLRAs) and daily contact cards for quality adherence

High attention to detail and highly organized with strong time management, communication, and prioritization skills.

Construction Safety Officer Certification or equivalent

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Program knowledge with SiteDocs, Avetta & ISN considered an asset.

Conduct safety orientations of employees, visitors, and subcontractors as required.

Preparation and distribution ofsafety statistics

Experience working with web content or digital asset management frameworks (e.g., Drupal, Omeka, WordPress, or Joomla).

Experience with open-source project contribution, versioning, and code management systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket, Git, or Subversion).

Strong time management skills with ability to handle and prioritize a high volume of demands and work under pressure.

Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.

Minimum four (4) years of related work experience which includes at least two (2) years of experience performing web development.

Experience with programming in at least one major programming language (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python, Ruby).

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of construction safety, current Federal and OSHA requirements

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA/MSHA, NCCER, SIMS, orientation, and client specific requirements

2 to 5 years of experience

Certification as a Safety Professional or Emergency Medical Technician is preferred
