A Facilities Specialist is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a facility. They are responsible for ensuring that the facility is safe and secure, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly. They may also be responsible for managing the facility’s budget and scheduling maintenance and repairs.What is Facilities Specialist Skills Required?
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in building maintenance and repair
• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other related fields
• Experience in facility management
