As a Security Technician Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of security technicians on various projects. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting quality control checks on completed work
  • Providing technical support for security systems installation, maintenance, and repair
  • Leading and supervising a team of security technicians
  • Ensuring that project timelines and budgets are met
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to clients and team members
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures
  • Liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met


To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in security systems installation, maintenance, and repair
  • A strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
