Lead Salesforce Velocity Developer -

Contract Duration: Long term

We are looking for a strong functional Salesforce velocity Lead / Architect that can understand end to end product catalog and BSS. Velocity EPC product modelling skill is mandatory along with exposure to integration, which demands knowledge of communication cloud.


Responsible for providing leadership and design initiatives for building technology solutions. Develops architecture and integration to support medium to large-scale initiatives. Defines project scope, plan and deliverables including cost and timeline. qualifications include - Demonstration experience in providing IT architecture and planning; ability to provide IT solutions, both independently and collaboratively; Experience and training related to one or more architecture and service delivery frameworks (TOGAF, eTDM, ITIL, CoBiT, etc.); and specializes in RDBMS system business intelligence, data modeling (Logical and physical).


Specifically, this Communications Cloud Product Modeler is responsible for the design of the Product Model and configuration of the

Products/Pricing/Promotions/Discounts/Rules etc. within EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog).

• Coach the business teams on various modeling patterns. when to use which pattern and the modeling best practices.

• Establish a framework that can be used for modeling New products/offers in EPC.

• Understand the Wireline Product Model in UPC and design corresponding Offer specification in EPC.

• Design a solution to Sync. Products from UPC to EPC

• Align the wireline and wireless product structures in the EPC and UPC systems to ensure seamless integration.

• Evaluate the impact on sales, churn rate, and customer renewal during the onboarding process.

• Establish a methodology for evaluating new products and offers, including competitive analysis and saturation analysis.

• Implement a product governance model or center of excellence to streamline decision-making and avoid redundant products.

• Enhance knowledge sharing and provide training to the product and pricing team on EPC capabilities and best practices.

• Streamline the onboarding process and reduce reliance on excessive customizations.

• Develop a plan to handle major sales events like Black Friday without disrupting the product catalog.

• Foster collaboration between IT ,engineering, and business teams to improve technology flow and decision-making.
