Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a Diploma of Electrical Technology with suitable amount of industry related experience.

Minimum 2 years of field service and / or commissioning experience

Field Service and Commissioning experience with medium voltage variable speed drives (MV7/MV6/ SD7000)

Field Service and Commissioning experience with power and automation systems.

Ability to execute increasingly complicated assignments, which require considerable engineering skill and creative ability and independent judgment

Possess detailed knowledge, competence and expertise with installation and commissioning tasks and services

Verifying the system functional performance to ensure proper operations according to contract requirements and shop drawings/sequence of operations, etc.

Keeping supervisors informed of customer requirements, systems status, and actual, potential or perceived customer problems.

Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks according to Honeywell policy and regulatory requirements.

Field Experience in the aforementioned areas of 6+ years in an advanced role.

Customer service experience in a Technical Sales Role, Estimation, and customer support.

Performing system backups and installing appropriate updates and patches.

Hourly pay: $26.00 to $36.00/hour based on experience and certifications

3 to 5 years of sales experience/territory sales management

Communicate effectively with Operations Manager and Equipment Team to ensure proper implementation within the stated branch location;

Maintains open communication with Operations Manager and Branch Manager- National Service Manager;

Ensure work orders, billings and parts inventory are managed and/or completed as per company expectations;

Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required and requested by Branch Manager;

Post-secondary education in business or a related field

Working collaboratively with product management and customer success team members from diverse technical, creative and business backgrounds.

Overall experience of 5 to 6 years

Working on assist in developing, organizing and maintaining technical practices along with manager and actively engage in rolling out improvements

Has worked on OMS Sterling 9.5 version

Working on build prototypes to explore new scenarios and optimizations of existing solutions

Work with stakeholders to perform root-cause analysis & figure out solution approaches

Proven leadership and team management skills

Liaising with clients to ensure their requirements are met

Extensive experience in security systems installation, maintenance, and repair

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
