This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Efficiently and effectively completing project management duties, with a particular focus on details
• Ensuring effective cooperation with stakeholders; clarifying organizational issues
• May provide oversight with specific activities of the Project Management Office, without leading the team
• Analyzing workflow environment and proposing improvements in PM operations
• Implementing PM and PMO guidelines and processes
• Administering and ensuring adherence of PM policies, guidelines, programs and standards
• Coordinating and deciding upcoming resource requests for projects, to optimize staff utilization
• Ensuring personal compliance to all cGMP and QMS requirements including complete and up-to-date training status
• Clearing project obstacles & impediments that could slow down the team’s progress with a collaborative and creative approach to solving project execution difficulties

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Competency using Microsoft Word and Excel is required
• Undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline or significant applicable work experience
• Work experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices is preferred
• Engagement skills enabling integration of SAFe Core Values and Principles, implement SAFe practices
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management in an industrial environment, preference will be given to candidates with PMP designation
