DUTIES:

·Act as Project Lead and/or Coordinator for major projects including the development and management of project documents, conducting engagement, project planning and project team meetings

·Manage project staff and budget when applicable

·Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute projects

·Prepare communications and provide recommendations to leadership and project steering committees

·Utilize key metrics to evaluate and synthesize information for presentations and reports for various stakeholders

·Liaise with project funders when applicable

·Promote a project-oriented culture at Compass by mentoring and coaching project teams and leadership

·Work collaboratively with internal and external partners and vendors to execute projects

·Ensure stakeholder needs are met through appropriate communication and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Degree in Business, Health Administration or related field

·Project Management certification, training or 3-5 years of relevant experience

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office

·Experience in mental health, health or social service environment is considered an asset

·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

·Oral and written proficiency in the English and French languages is considered an asset

·Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
