Overview An Account Director is a senior-level position responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. They are responsible for ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided and that projects are completed on time and within budget. Account Directors must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the industry and the client’s needs. Detailed Job Description The Account Director is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of projects. They are responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Account Director is also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the industry and the client’s needs. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
