Account Supervisor / Director Jobs

Our agency client, in Ottawa, is looking for and Account Supervisor / Director that can join their team in a freelance role.

What you'll be doing in this Account Supervisor / Director role:

• Working with senior creative and project management professionals to lead and improve processes
• Overseeing day-to-day account activities and managing client relationships and communications
• Joining a boutique agency team, you'll be managing key clients in government, professional associations and other verticals
• Mentoring and coaching a junior account team member

Qualifications and skills required for this role:

• Ideally you live in, or can travel to, Ottawa to work in-office part-time
• Experience in digital: website builds and content is a plus
• 5+ years of relevant agency-side account management experience
• Strong client communication and leadership abilities
• Mentoring/coaching experience and passion
