Position Snapshot
The Key Account Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining a global Key Account Plan for an assigned strategic account. The Director will coordinate with Operations, Business Transformation, and other lines of business (LOBs) on solution design, commercial strategy and customer experience initiatives.

A Day in the Life
  • Stay abreast of news and trends impacting the customer and its industry and author internal position papers
  • Coordinate with Brokerage to align customer service goals and define new solutions that sit between Brokerage and GTM
  • Develop and maintain customer experience metrics. Work with operating directors to address customer concerns
  • Define, explain and demonstrate GTM’s value proposition to the assigned account
  • Design solutions to align Livingston with customer strategic initiatives, respond to regulatory changes, and other changes in business or operating conditions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  • In conjunction with Marketing, author white papers, articles and other documents about the customer’s industry for publication
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Design and work with operations to implement processes and measures to improve the strategic account’s customer experience
  • Coordinate with Business Transformation team to align technology initiatives with customer requirements
  • Support commercial discussions – lead development of negotiating strategy, calculate level of effort and pricing, Work with Legal on contract terms
  • Define and maintain a Key Account Plan for the assigned strategic account

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Required to have excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with clients, team members, other departments and all levels of management.
  • Ability to identify and analyze issues coupled with an ability to recommend and implement solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
  • Service oriented giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
EDUCATION
Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Preferred: Masters Degree or equivalent
