The role: Key Accounts Executive

Location: GTA

100% remote/outside sales position

Our client is Canada's leading distributor of Shell and Automotive Chemicals. They have just secured a lucrative partnership with one of the most significant chains of OEM Dealerships in North America and they have a unique opportunity to position a household name brand of automotive parts & chemicals to these OEMs across Eastern Canada.

They are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Executive to manage the relationship and sell these products to roughly 70 top OEM dealerships within an Eastern Ontario based territory. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to drive record amounts of revenue through this partnership, and comes with a warm pipeline and hot leads.

Requirements

• Experience selling Automotive Chemical products directly to OEM Dealerships is a must
• Hunter mentality with a knack for building and maintaining long term relationships
• Driven personality with a proven history of sales performance
• Valid driver's licence

Compensation

• Uncapped additional commissions based on a 50/50 model with quarterly paid commissions (first year OTE of $160k+)
• Flexible vehicle allowance (either company vehicle or monthly allowance, depending on what suits the successful candidate's needs)
• Minimum base salary of $80k with a range above depending on experience, and flexibility for the right candidate
• Flexible vacation allowance
• Full dental, medical, and vision benefits with 100% of premiums paid by employer
• RRSP matching up to 3%
