Overview A Key Account Specialist is a professional who is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Detailed Job Description The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers. This includes understanding customer needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Key Account Specialist will work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer needs are met. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, negotiating contracts, and providing customer service.
