Our client in the transport industry in Longueuil is currently looking for a Air Trade Agent
Reporting to the Director of National Air Freight, the Air Trade Agent is responsible for providing support to the trade management team in pricing analysis, procurement and the development of air freight products.

Responsibilities

• Following up with any outstanding quote requests
• Quoting and procurement of air import and export on a National level for customers, offices across Canada, including agents
• Ensuring National air templates are updated in the system
• Handling of destination countries customs charges, duties and/or taxes -(Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDP) and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP))
• Customer profiling
• Maintaining and updating pricing portals, inclusive of origin and destination changes

Qualifications

• Fluent communication in English required. French proficiency considered an asset
• Knowledge of Canadian pricing regulations
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Logistics Management an asset
• Minimum 1-2 years of air freight operations experience
