Customer Care Representative Jobs

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, answering product questions, providing pre- and post-order support, and improving the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, the ability to communicate clearly, problem solve effectively, and have a generally friendly and empathetic attitude. More specifically, you will:

· Work directly with customers over email to help with order related questions, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions as needed

· Provide product support over chat to help guide purchasing

· Act as the liaison between customers and the business to help

improve the sales experience

· Stay up to date with product and promotional information to better inform customers

Requirements

· Proficient in English; written and oral communication

· You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and a strong writer

· You take genuine pride in being part of an impactful enterprise

· Previous experience working in customer support for an e-commerce brand is a plus
