We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team.

· Provide product support over chat to help guide purchasing

· Act as the liaison between customers and the business to help

Prepare materials for distribution to staff and students to support information management.

Intermediate MS Office skills, some PeopleSoft experience, and adaptable to new software developments and solutions

Use critical thinking to find innovative solutions and identify when and with whom to implement appropriate crisis/risk management and intervention

Advise students on college procedures related to their program requirements.

Post-secondary certificate, diploma preferred, in Business, Finance, or Administration.

2+ years' experience in office administration and customer service.

Oversee migration of data entry and receipting into Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Oversee donor record updates with monthly giving attributes, and ensure monthly EFT files are sent to the Finance Department on time.

Oversee the monthly reconciliation in partnership with the Finance Department

Manage the recruitment, orientation, day-to-day supervision, performance appraisal, and training of the Donor Services team.

These projects will be located in and around Innisfil, ON.
