Neatt is looking for a full-time Customer Care Representative, based out of our Milton Office. The Customer Care Representative will guide Neatt customers through the process of purchasing a pre-construction condo.

Outside of working face-to-face with customers, the Customer Care Representative is responsible for the behind the scenes work that ensures a seamless customer experience at Neatt. This includes reviewing all customer agreements, logging customer interactions and information in the CRM, and tracking critical customer information like deposits and upgrade selections.
The ideal candidate for this role is personable, and detail-oriented. Past real estate experience would be considered an asset – whether that was as a part of a brokerage team, another pre-construction builder, or you are in the process of getting your real estate license.

- Work collaboratively with the brokerage team to ensure all customer paperwork is completed accurately and organized clearly, including brainstorming new ways to improve our existing processes.
- Work alongside Sales, Legal and Construction teams to ensure a seamless, intentional experience for all Neatt customers.
- Oversee Neatt’s purchaser record keeping, including but not limited to: maintaining accurate CRM records, creating new customer entries, logging customer interactions, and reviewing existing entries for accuracy.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Tarion is considered an Asset.
- Hours of work M-W, with some weekend coverage required on occasion.
- High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in real estate is an asset, especially in a pre-construction, high-rise environment.
- 1+ years experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role.
