Customer Logistics Partner Jobs

The Position

Objective:

As part of the Logistics & Supply Chain team at Hoffmann-La Roche, the CLP will be responsible for the supply of Commercial, Promotional, and Investigational Medicinal Product order management and supply. Each team member will provide superior customer service to internal and external (First-Economic) customers as well as clinical study teams.

Responsibilities:

Order Management and Customer Service:

• Stock transfers, stock allocation reviews, inventory management for CPDN and retro-billing programs
• Accurately and efficiently, enter/manage and review all order-related transactions to provide superior service to internal/external customers and clinical study teams
• Customer orders (EDI/Manual), free goods, patient programs, clinical transfers, returns, credits, bill-backs/rebates, product complaint orders, creation/maintenance of new promotional items, reprint acquisitions, clinical drug receipts and site shipments, clinical study label approvals, coordination of relabeling (co-packer, commercial product to clinical cage, shelf-life extension
• Support distribution resource planning to manage inventory at 3PL’s and control product waste/write-offs and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Inventory monitoring of the clinical cage
• Interact with internal and external customers/suppliers to provide and receive information required including analyzing issues, responding to inquiries and coordinating efforts for issue resolution

Systems & Process Management:

• Manage system and process changes to meet business needs while ensuring no patient impact . Includes but not limited to SAP, CLARA, IXRS, EDI’s, RPG
• Identify process improvements to streamline existing activities, includes business case presentation, documentation of process changes, cross-training to ensure business continuity

Reporting, Training & Compliance:

• Other miscellaneous tasks/projects as assigned
• Follow Current work instructions, SOP’s, price lists, product forms for GS1/ECCNet Support internal/external audits through compilation of data as required ICFR, KPMG, Health Canada, global PDQ
• Generate and analyze reports to minimize business and patient impact Includes Ex-Factory sales &; Customer trends, orders on hold, EDI blocks, daily sales/back-order reports, inventory reconciliations, promo material PAAB expiries, inventory near-expiration reports, destruction reports, Ex-Factory sales & Customer trends Track metrics related to O2C cycle and clinical distribution Maintain documentation and provide accompanying training to ensure no patient impact and ensure business continuity

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years’ work experience in Logistics/Supply Chain in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industries.
• Self-motivated team player - able to be proactive and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work through conflict for win/win outcomes -consensus builder and facilitator with high self-knowledge
• This role is not eligible for relocation**
• Highly detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s Degree in is a minimum requirement (Preference in Logistics/Supply Chain)
• Excellent ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
• Excellent analytics skills, and the ability to translate sales statistics into potential solutions
• Exceptional time management skills, agile mindset and proven ability to streamline processes
• Ability to excel within a team environment
• Ability to forge partnerships with other areas to drive performance across business and functional lines
• Strong problem solving, prioritization & organization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks
