Overview A Customer Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the logistics of customer orders and ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full. They are responsible for coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner. They must also ensure that customer service is maintained at a high level. Detailed Job Description A Customer Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing the logistics of customer orders and ensuring that they are delivered on time and in full. They are responsible for coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner. They must also ensure that customer service is maintained at a high level. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. They must also be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or logistics
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations
• Knowledge of customs regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
