Customer, Logistics Specialist - Ecomm

MUST have direct-to-consumer experience.

Position Summary

The Customer Experience Coordinator ensures that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately and works with logistics parties, internal and external, to expedite delivery service. This role proactively resolves customer issues and responds promptly to their requests. MUST have order fulfillment experience and direct-to-consumer experience. The incumbent will assist with the logistics of materials, including organizing freight, reconciling invoices, and inventory movements between points. Additionally, they ensure customers are invoiced on time. They provide analytical expertise for Operations to identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve service.

Order management/processing:

• Execute all daily tasks with excellence and in a timely and efficient manner

• Create and process orders/invoices efficiently and in a timely fashion

• Create and maintain customer master data

• Manage returns/overages/shortages

• Efficiently manage exceptions and supply chain issues

• For EDI – timely manage and resolve EDI gaps or issues and escalate to Customer Service and Logistics Leader if needed

• Resolve master data issues with the customer

• Respond to customer requests in a timely fashion

• Create reports as needed

• Adhere to all policies and procedures

• Proactively look for / identify/communicate work process improvements

• Meet all metrics and KPIs for the role

• Build trusted and professional work relationships with internal and external partners

• Take on / participate in project work as needed

• Execute allocation decisions as required
