You are a customer service driven and results oriented team player locatedwithin commuting distance of our Nanaimo office. Proven sales and relationshipbuilding skills are a must. Preference given to those with past or present successin a Freight Broker role. You are self-motivated, respectful, and positive, with areal entrepreneurial spirit. You have a great attitude and are detail oriented.

Youare able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Identifying, contacting,and acquiring new business is something you excel at.You have no fear ofasking questions to ensure a clear understanding. Thinking outside the box isnatural to you.

Experience in Microsoft Office and Access as well as Google Docs will be anasset.

Negotiation skills, Sales skills, and a true desire to build lasting and strongrelationships with our customers and carriers is a must.

Our hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00pm.

This is not a remote / work from home position.

We offer a competitivebase salary ($41,600 per annum) plus commissions after probation as well as a comprehensivebenefits package.
