Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Department: Warehouse & Logistics

The Role:
As the Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across our supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations, from partner selection and management, order management, negotiations and network design.
Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end supply chain and ensure timely and cost-effective transport of goods.
- Implement best practices in distribution to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
- Keep track of transport costs and efficiency and work to improving them.
- Oversee customs compliance and international trade regulations to minimize risks and ensure smooth import operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of international supply chain and logistics processes, including import/export regulations and customs compliance.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience with fast growth companies and scaling operations rapidly.
- Proven track record of successfully managing 3PL providers and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
