Customer Logistics Coordinator Jobs

This is a unique role that combines customer experience and Logistics.

• Create and process orders/invoices efficiently and in a timely fashion

• Create and maintain customer master data

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Must have extensive experience within the trucking industry

Must have heavy haul experience

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, drivers, and internal teams

4.Strong data entry and organizational skills

Enter sales orders into ERP and acknowledge to customers.

Manage temporary imports (TIB) documents.

Experience with ERP (SAP, ORACLE, or any other, since we use a proprietary ERP)

Manage customer purchase orders from entry to shipping.

Strong organizational skills for the performance of a variety of administrative duties

Prior fleet management experience in upfitting and delivery.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as higher priority needs arise.

Collaborate with the sales, project management, and client operations teams to improve order-to-delivery processes.

Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding the status of vehicle orders and manage order fulfillment through CRM software (Hubspot preferred).

Develop ordering strategies to create an exceptional client experience for key accounts.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Confer with customers and/or supervising personnel to keep them informed, proactively address situational requirements, and resolve problems.

Previous experience working in a Third-Party Logistics industry is preferred

Knowledge of Canadian or America road regulations is considered an assett

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm

Knowledge/experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment (e.g., shipping, receiving, inventory management, distribution or dispatch) intermediate preferred

Other Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Updates/Maintains STAR. Conducts safety meetings in conjunction with other management
