MCL Truckingis looking to hire aLogistics and Customer Care Coordinator:

As theLogistics and Customer Care Coordinatoryou will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and managing the dispatch process, optimizing routes, and maintaining effective communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams. You will be an essential link between our clients and drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving issues, and building strong client relationships.


Responsibilities Required:

  • Positive and safety conscious attitude
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, working towards swift resolutions to maintain high client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and client interactions in accordance with company protocols.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our dispatch and client relations processes
  • Bringing strong client relationships on board
  • Oversee finance reports
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • Coordinating Daily Moves
  • Obtaining work in the transportation business
  • Analyze data and generate reports on dispatch efficiency, driver performance, and client satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Proficiency with dispatch software and route optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, drivers, and internal teams
  • Must be willing to jump into a truck and go out of town if needed
  • Clean class 1 drivers licence
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field.
  • Must have extensive experience within the trucking industry
  • Willing and able to go out of town periodically for work
  • Must have heavy haul experience
  • Must have CSTS 2020, WHMIS, CSO, H2S and Standard First Aid
