Execute plans and contribute to Lean processes. Communicate to peers and senior management as needed.

Develop/update Knowledge Sharing Documents, standard operating procedures and other reports as assigned pertaining to the Customer Care Department.

3-5 years of relevant work experience

Must have Strong SAP (S4/Hana) knowledge and Service Cloud.

Superior EDI and technical skills.

Exceptional time management skills, agile mindset and proven ability to streamline processes

Stock transfers, stock allocation reviews, inventory management for CPDN and retro-billing programs

Strong problem solving, prioritization & organization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks

Order Management and Customer Service:

Support distribution resource planning to manage inventory at 3PL’s and control product waste/write-offs and communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Accurately and efficiently, enter/manage and review all order-related transactions to provide superior service to internal/external customers and clinical study teams

Certification in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management (PMP), and/or organizational change management an asset.

1-3 years’ experience in application programming, systems analysis, business analysis or systems support an asset.

Experience and/or training with healthcare information systems and terminology an asset.

Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting an asset.

Experience supporting clinical application systems and related services in a complex health care organizational environment considered an asset.

Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for all consumables on hand, including budget management, order placement and definition of safety stocks

Develop and implement trainings on product handling standards and packaging methodologies to deliver a seamless experience to our customers

Share product knowledge, inform on new trends and collection arrivals on a weekly basis

Experience in the retail, logistics or in the ecommerce industry, with a strong passion for fashion

Knowledge of warehouse operational processes

Great interpersonal and leadership skills (energetic, strong initiative, self-motivated)
