S/4Hana Customer Engagement Lead

Role: S/4HANA Customer Engagement lead
Location: Mississauga, CA (Remote)
Candidate should be having 10 years of experience in SAP CRM/S4 Customer Engagement and should have worked in Utilities sector for Regulated and De-regulated Energy Markets with minimum 2-3 Implementation projects.
Understanding of SAP CRM and S/4 Customer Engagement to Client’s business requirement and providing E2E CS/CRM/IDE-X design and solution
Should have strong knowledge in SAP S/4 Customer Engagement configurations like Contract management, CTI/IVR setup, Business roles, Workcenter, Web UI setup, Utilities data environment/Bol tree, FOP Configurations, Transaction launchers etc.
Experience in configuring SAP CRM for Utilities prior to SAP Customer Engagement
Experience in E2E CRM Service configuration
Experience in developing FS for CE Screen enhancement/Web UI enhancement
Experience in Business Master Data/Technical Master configuration
Should have good configuration knowledge in S/4 CE WebUI
Should have good process knowledge of Customer Engagement Business Processes in Electricity, water, Gas industry like Meter to cash flow, New Service Connection (Move-in), Account closure (Move-out),
Transfer Disconnection, Reconnection, Customer complaints management, Service requests, Interaction records Amendment of IS-U Contracts etc.
Should have knowledge in CRM/IS-U Integration for objects like Contract Account, Business Partners, Premise, Connection object, Installation, Contracts, Service Notifications, BPEMs and MPM Process documents
Solution Design, change request Impact assessment, Requirement gathering, Development, Implementation, and estimation of deliverables
Should have worked with different Utilities suppliers, retailers and Transmission & Distribution sectors for regulated and De-regulated Energy Markets and involved in their transformation journeys for S/4 CE or CRM
Should have experience in RTM, drafting and reviewing Business process documents, Functional design documents, Solution papers etc.
