Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a Logistic Account Specialist - Hybrid for our office located in Mississauga.

Detailed :
- Troubleshoot unexpected events/conditions concerning trips.
- Collaborate with the Logistic Support and Account Management team to ensure trip completion and client satisfaction.
- Accept and enter shipment tenders, verify on-time pickup and delivery.
- Any other task requested related to scanning, documentation support, fax, and photocopies as a general support to the well-being of the operation.
- Handle inquiries from vendors, suppliers and internal Management.
- Coordinate Customs documentation. (ACE & ACI Manifests)
- Maintain data and update information in the company's operating systems.
- Coordinate and confirm scheduled appointments with vendors and suppliers.
- Price negotiation for 3PL services and coordinate trip & customs documentation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Accessible to clients and suppliers outside of standard office hours.
- Resilient and dedicated.
- Entrepreneurial and driven professional with a winning mentality.
- Bachelor’s or Collegial degree in administration, logistic, or other fields with at least 2-5 years of experience in logistic movements coordination.
- Good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and comfortable learning new IT systems.
- Able to work under pressure in a just in time manner. (24/7 type work environment)
- Self-motivated and business minded team player.
- Excellent verbal, reading comprehension and writing skills in French and English.
- Capacity to take-on multiple mandates and prioritize.
