Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to shine as a patient care coordinator? We are looking for a friendly, organized and customer-service oriented team player to take on the role of our out going patient care coordinator.


Responsibilities

A successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our patients - booking appointments, taking calls, managing communications and ensuring patients have a top-notch experience.


Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. An ability to support patients in getting appointments booked and paid for, providing receipts, setting the tone for a large multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a full time job (35-40 hours weekly), and hours are approximately 11-7 Monday through Friday.
