Job Description
  • Perform budget and estimate for project including design build, construction management, cost plus and other projects not considered typical tendered projects
  • Complete warranty work and Close Out/Deficiency with Project Coordinator
  • Have a complete understanding and ability to read and implement project drawings and specifications
  • Responsible for project safety
  • Schedule
  • Prove to have at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction

  • Show competence with various Project Management software programs and MS Office products
  • Show competence, resistance and professionalism with conflict resolution Our client is a reputable ICI general contractor based in the GTA. They primarily work on large scale new build industrial projects. They are actively looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team.
  • Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for several projects at one time
  • Possess a driver's license in good standing
  • All necessary coordination of permits, sub-trades, Site Superintendents and all other project specific items
  • Complete all project start up documentation and follow project start up procedures
  • Quality Control

  • Produce project specific logs including change orders logs, RFI logs, shop drawing logs using project management software
