Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Responsibilities

1.Communicating with current and potential clients on a frequent basis;

2.Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions;

3.Managing changes of staff and process server’s information if needed

4.Foster professional relationships with referral sources;

5.Devise and implementing strategies for institutionalizing the current clients, including establishing and managing client team;

6.Social media and digital marketing planning;

7.Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects;

8.Handling client calls and emails both locally and intra provincial and international clients;

9.General administrative tasks such as updating client files, copying, scanning, and printing.


Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
